Wisconsin Physicians Service Insurance Corporation (WPS) was formed in 1946 by members of the State Medical Society of Wisconsin to provide affordable medical and surgical insurance for the many Wisconsin residents lacking proper insurance.

WPS has been providing world-class infrastructure and cost-effective technology solutions to private and government customers for nearly 60 years. WPS utilizes a sophisticated mainframe and fully integrated open systems environment that supports both government and private sector operations across multiple states.

ETS was formed in 1999 to provide IT and infrastructure resources to businesses outside of WPS corporate business lines.

WPS' lines of business provide the hands-on experience in diverse technologies, giving ETS the resources to implement state-of-the-art management and information systems technology. It is this diversity which provides ETS the expertise to provide a solution for any government or business initiative.
