Case Study

ETS assisted us through their CIO Services with the formulation of an RFP designed to evaluate/analyze Frame Relay costs for all Horicon Bank branches. ETS encouraged us to solicit bids from three different telecommunication vendors.

Upon receipt of all valid responses, ETS assisted in the response evaluation and final award process. We accomplished the following benefits their services:

  1. Setup a branch as a "Recovery Site" which would direct communication from all locations to both the Corporate branch and recovery site branch.
  2. Expanded the network to a second location and provided connectivity to another location.
  3. Reduced monthly expenses-estimated cost reductions of almost $73,0000 annually and over $218,000 during the 3-year contract term
